Hello,

I’m Laura, jewellery magpie, accessories fanatic, time waster, sun seeker, mummy of two, and creator of The Lovely Edit. I’ve always believed that jewellery and accessories are a great way to add your personal style to any outfit, whether that's as simple as dressing up mom jeans and a white t-shirt, or accessorising an LBD and killer heels.

Having lived in London for nearly 10 years I love the variety of shopping available, from big high street chains to little independent boutiques. After my husband and I made the move to Essex, and had our first baby in 2016, I found my boutique browsing days…..not over, but severely limited! I turned to the internet to satisfy my inner magpie but found myself always wanting something more.

The Lovely Edit was born late in 2017, towards the end of my maternity leave. At first as a small curated range of jewellery from small independent brands that I thought I could offer to friends and family that they might not have seen elsewhere.

Gradually this expanded and in 2020 I launched The Lovely Edit own range of handmade jewellery, designed and made by me! The aim for The Lovely Edit is for it to offer affordable, contemporary, meaningful and fun jewellery and accessories.

'Jewellery with meaning for you' are words that resonate so much with myself and my brand. My signature designs include freshwater pearls and semi precious stones all with lovely meanings and energies behind them. I only use sterling silver or gold vermeil metals, alongside high quality glass beads. Giving affordable, durable, quality styles that you will love to wear.
